Im mugiwara and I have a question ...

I read the rules and never said that pk in devias its for ban ... look

7) Pk
pk its allowed every where excepts arena and golden invazion
1 Warning 3 days suspend
2 WARNING 5 days suspend
3 Warning unlimited suspend
This rule is only for Pk on the : arena & golden invazion!

its said that I can pk in all maps excepts arena ...
but that screenshoot show that im in devias while I pk him

why im banned ??
its only a question ...
